Really nice
Nothing against my esthetician, but this place needs work. It’s a classic “subscription based” PE funded business model intended to optimize profits. The lobby is nice but misleading. Your facial will be done behind a curtain similar to WWII hospital room - you will hear everything being done around you. This is all to walk out with a pretty mid facial advertised as affordable but realistically low quality for the “affordable” price.
I’ve been going to HeyDay for several years and it is the best! From their professional front desk team to amazing aestheticians, I always come out glowing and feeling refreshed. Zayda is my go-to aesthetician with her candid recommendations and gentle approach to my skin care, I can’t thank her enough for taking care of my skin — that said, everyone at HeyDay is great. Highly recommend!
Heyday is very conveniently located within Runway. Staff are really nice at check in/out. I have now been seeing Zayda for over half a year and she is great- super knowledgeable about products and techniques and so friendly during sessions. I appreciate how she approaches each facial individually based on how my skin is doing at that visit. I never feel like she is trying to just check off another appointment or upsell me. The location is fabulous and so is the company. I have used them in the past and had great experiences but the Playa Vista location is quiet and next to some great shopping and food as well as the Saturday Farmer's Market. Cindy is THE best. My skin has never looked better and I feel relaxed even while chatting.
