i had high hopes for heyday as they asked me for my preferences when it came to communication, pressure, light or heat sensitivity, having a blanket or bolster and i was ultimately disappointed when only one of those needs were met. it wasn’t a relaxing atmosphere, instead of separate rooms, the rooms had curtains and an open ceiling and you can hear everyone’s conversation on top of music playing. i had the esthetician decide my add on because i wanted her opinion on what my skin needed and she changed her mind on the initi... read more
Ugh I don't want to write this because I don't want to book her up, but BRI is AMAZING. Her facial massage is next level. She's also super knowledgable and so kind. Love this location, everyone is wonderful.
I have been getting monthly facials from Zayda (THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!) for a couple years now and my skin is absolutely transformed! Every facial is better than the last and perfectly tailored to my skin’s immediate needs, which is so incredibly motivating to be consistent with my appointments. Really glad I signed up for a membership! My skin's been thanking me every month - the staff is kind and helpful. I've been to a few estheticians and they've all been great, but just went to Indy and I'll be sticking with her. She recommended great things for my specific needs and her facial massage was next level.
