Extremely disappointing service. I spoke with a staff member on Monday 27 April at 3:00pm and clearly advised that I was seeking an ADHD assessment with the intention of accessing medication if diagnosed. While some information was briefly mentioned, the critical distinction between assessment pathways and outcomes was not properly explained. Wasn't on an eternal waitlist unlike most other places. Easy to get in, friendly staff, very quick response to referral (same day). It's set up in a different and really homely way too.
