Hey Y’all Nashville Vacation Rentals Management never mentioned at all that it was three stories and extra steep stairs! Celebrating my 78th birthday and I stayed on the entry low level with a pull out single small couch. Second level, You had to be a magician to open the door out to the small sitting area that overlooked a very busy 2 Lane Rd. Garage sales and low income property. 25 minutes to downtown Nashville by Lyft.. Freeway congested all the time except better between 10:30 AM and 1 PM. Unreasonable management! I wil... read more

We actually enjoyed the air b n b. However the owner is WAY too picky to be a property manager. I left a small bowl of Chinese food (on accident) and she immediately left me a bad review on my account. Won’t be staying with her again due to the intense checkout rules even with a high cleaning fee.

Dorinda & her team are the best! She managed our property and maintained it like her own!! All of our reviews were 5 stars. They stayed on top of maintenance, communicated quickly & respectfully with all guests, and accommodated specific requests we made. I have implemented Dorinda’s best practices for other STR’s I own across the country. 100% recommend for hosts & guests!

We had a great stay here and would certainly stay again! Only complaint we have is we would like to have more towels and wash cloths to accommodate a 5 night stay but we were able to wash them and get through it just fine.
