Highly recommend Sara! I went it for a curly hair specialist and oh did she deliver! I have not been this obsessed with a cut or color in a long time! She listened thoroughly to what i wanted and gave suggestions. She also took her time and made sure i was happy with it before i left!
What started as a poor showing in customer service became a textbook in small owners who value their brand their name and their business and go the extra mile to make sure they thrive. Girlfriends initial appointment went not so well, however the owner reached out personally made it beyond right and my girlfriend came home smiling, gorgeous, and glowing. Will recommend because that level of service and willing to fix things is rare today. Very happy
Girlfriend scheduled appointment, stylist cancelled 20 minutes after the appointed time. Another stylist took it on, rushed through and only cut it didn’t style it or treat it rushed her out because “I’ve got others to do” returned home crying with what was supposed to be an event to feel beautiful and seen. Extremely unhappy
