BAIT AND SWITCH!! I called NICOLE for a hair cut, she said it was $15, when I got there , she put a nasty cape on me that smelled like a dirty person, so I asked for a clean one, then when I went to pay, I was shocked, because the price was higher. I confronted her, and she said, some haircuts are higher, I was only in her chair for 10 minutes. NO WASH JUST A CUT!! SHE WAS SO UNFRIENDLY AND UNHAPPY! I FEEL SORRY FOR HER!
