Made an appointment for an oil change they asked me if I want 2:00 or 2:30 on a day that is a week later. I took the 2:30, when I showed up they said they should get to it today it will probably be done by 6:00. Why did I make an appointment if they don't even try to honer that time.
Disorganized, terrible communication and customer service!! I will try to keep this short and to the point. I drove 1.5 hours for 3-4 hours of work to be done on my car. After 4 hours pasted, they hadn't even started the job; my car was second in line to go in! I spoke with the service rep AND service manager about this issue.
