Lousy business ethics! Was supposed to refund my girlfriend for defective camera in computer. Computer had 2 months left on warranty. HP purposely let warranty run out so refund didn't have to be paid! Now there is no record of complaint filed! Lousy business ethics and company! Lousy defective products! Lousy customer service! Buyer beware! Don't buy!
