If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would the entire visit was excellent from walking into the waiting room, I was treated like family. I was escorted to an area for my initial testing everything was great. The doctor came in and did many extensive test that made great sense. It was not a rush to get me out of the building. However, once I picked out a pair of frames that I liked, I sat down with the person that was taking care of me. Everyone was so nice and helpful they did a great job on my eye exam and made the process of getting glasses easy
Easy to make an appointment, seen on time, pleasant staff, took my vision insurance and close to my home.
Really nice experience! Everyone there is friendly AND patient! Love that! Doc really knows her stuff! We’ll definitely be back!
