Paul and Mia are fantastic! Paul didn't just list my property. He found an access issue where the driveway was actually owned by a neighbor. Paul provided the necessary information to the surveyor, worked with the title company and attorney to resolve the access issue. He had the connections for demo and clean up of my old buildings/land.
