First time appointment was a few weeks out but not abnormal for ENT Doctors but the Dr Hewitt spent almost an hour with me.
Dr. Hewitt was professional, thorough, on time and easy to understand. He explained what he was going to do, and why, and was clear in his instructions.
This office is a perfect example of what you can do to patients if you're the only ENT practice in town. You'd better hope you don't have a serious problem. They didn't answer the phone until 10 minutes after they were supposed to open. Be careful which DR. you see if you're a new patient, because you're stuck with them forever. That't their policy, "to ensure continuity". I had a serious infection in my nose and the best they could schedule me was 16 days out. Will not recommend these Drs
Cold, abrupt. No interest in addressing all presenting health concerns.
