I can't say enough good things about Hewitt and their customer service. I had a sterilizer go down and within 24 hours they had Noah, their technician out to test, diagnose and confirm what I feared.. I needed a new one. Noah was professional, efficient and so knowledgable. Based on his experience I was able to quickly move on choosing a replacement. Angel and Paco were amazing and efficient. After our cart installment was done, I was instructed on how they work. Now I don't have to share my air/water syringe with my doctor Clark came in to make sure everything was good and working.
