Paco and Clark are excellent! My compressor went out at the dental office. They were there the same day to get us back up and running. A fair quote for a new compressor, fast and convenient install once it arrived, and a checkup visit a week after installation to make sure everything was running properly and we’re good to go for the next decade. Thorough service and communication.
Hewitt Dental worked a miracle on a dental scaler for me, pulling it back from the brink of the landfill. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I will certainly call on them again for future dental equipment needs.
Everyone on the team is very helpful and responsive. They quickly answered any questions and were very knowledgeable. Overall, I have had a great experience with Hewitt Dental! :)=
Hi, I work for a Hair Transplant clinic and unfortunately we had to cancel a procedure today due to our autoclave not working, specifically the door not latching. We have another procedure tomorrow and needed a fix fast. I saw they were Austin based and offered in person repair services. They came the same day, fixed my problem and gave me chocolate. I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable, efficient company to go to for my issue. Big thank you to Clark and Paco for coming to my rescue. :)
We wanted to write this review to show our sincerest gratitude and appreciation for everything that this company has done for our office. Of all other dental companies we have worked with, Hewitt has been by far the best company, from their customer service to their quality of work.
