Used this company to move July 2015. The movers were rude and used crude language amongst each other in front of my family. We were promised by the owner to be reimbursed for an item that was lost, a piece of a bed frame, However, after ordering the piece, we could not get ahold of the owner again for the reimbursement. I had an 8:30 am appointment with this junk company. I talk to the owner at 8:15 am who told me they were having trouble with their truck and running a little late. They never showed up, never called and never answered my calls. A simple call to say that they couldn't keep the appointment would have been appreciated considering I took the day off work for this appointment and had to be out of the apartment this day as my lease ended.
