Didn't install a furnace properly and refuses to come back and fix it. I've texted and called and left several voicemails and have been left on read with no response. If you are going to come back and install it properly then I'll happily change the review

I owned multiple rental properties in Fort Lee/Edgewater/Palisades Parks. This HVAC company was recommended to me by my long-time realtor, plus I found they have done the works for one of a top builder in the area, Eric Petrone. I called the office yesterday, and the woman told me that the HVAC tech/owner will be here between 9-11 am. Its 12noon now and no shows and no calls. They do not respond to calls or texts. After several attempts at contacting them for service, I gave up. If a company is this bad at communications, odds are their service is just as bad. Call another service company who shows appreciation for their prospective custoers. Horrible customer relations.
