After reading several reviews here, it would appear that the secret to Heuser & Heuser is to be assigned Brennan Heuser the new attorney addition to the firm, at least if you want communication. I had a very similar experience to some others where they accepted my case even after I had informed the firm that I didn't my case was a huge settlement coming. My rating is a zero not even close to the 2 stars that will not undo the star…smh….This is the worst place to hire for your accident..they don’t get back to you nobody knows what is going on with your case..they string you along like it’s no big deal..I told them I wanted to take my case to court they said no and if I wanted to take it to court they would drop me..told them at the very beginning I had previous injuries they said no problem then they tried saying I never mentioned previous injuries..now after they basically m... read more
NEVER AGAIN!!!...they made a bunch of promises and talked my case up...i get a phone call from Heuser's saying that he's withdrawing from my case over something we talked about the day I signed my contract...I understand my case is to big for him but he literally lied to me...Do your research before hiring an attorney especially Gordon Heuser...I hired another attorney and I'm so much better now....Go to Denver for a lawyer they seem more educated and experienced!!!!!!!....Good Luck!
