After reading several reviews here, it would appear that the secret to Heuser & Heuser is to be assigned Brennan Heuser the new attorney addition to the firm, at least if you want communication. I had a very similar experience to some others where they accepted my case even after I had informed the firm that I didn't my case was a huge settlement coming.
