SAM IS FANTASTIC! SINCE SHE HAS HEARING PROBLEMS , I FEEL THAT SHE REALLY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON WHEN SOMETHINNG IS TROUBLING ME ABOUT MY HEARIBNG AIDS. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE LOSS OF YOUR SO. INDIANA OFFICE. PLEASE EXPLORE SITES IN FLOYD COUNTY AS I COULD ACCESS TRANSPORTATION TO THEM THROUGH SOUTHER IN TRANSIT. THEY DO NOT COME TO CLARKCO. . I ALSO AM VISUALLY IMPAIRED SO PLEASE EXCUSE ANY TYPOS.
Samantha Heilman, my audiologist is knowledgeable, experienced, and very easy to work with. I first started with Heuser hearing because my insurance provided a nice discount for my very expensive aids. I am so glad that I made the change because of the personal care and agreeable people that I met there. It is regretful that the Jeffersonville office must be moved for the time being, hopefully it will be a short duration in Louisville and the office can return to Indiana.
So far have had a very pleasant and informative experience.
