Update... please don't try and make people look stupid. This happened in March, not "so long ago." You're acting like it was two years ago. Bernard and Ben promised they would send off the oil for testing to check if it had any metal shavings in it. They never did that, and when I picked up the car they gave me the remaining oil they had drained. I asked for some of the money to be reimbursed from the almost $1000 I had spent. Awful customer service. I got my brakes worked on and they asked if I wanted my cabin air filter replaced - I said yes and they charged me for it. A couple of weeks later I got my oil changed at a different shop, and they showed me that my air filter needed to be replaced because it was filthy. I called Heuberger's three times and no one responded to me.
Chris was amazing helping me get my vehicle serviced. I always enjoy my latte while I wait on my car. I love that Subaru always feels like a safe space
