Pretty disappointed to ONLY find out that my gyn retired because my mammogram results can't be sent. My last appointment was in August, and no one mentioned anything about her retiring. I have been going to her for decades and really liked her, but this is NOT the way for patients to find out about something like this
easy annual I’ve ever done! Felt very comfortable and would 10/10 come back. Thank you for making it a easy process for something I was very nervous for!
Doctor is great but the front staff and billing department is incompetent, still made me pay over 300 dollar for a check up even though I have insurance and my insurance was active at the time of visit. How awful.
Went in for a pap and got charged for an ear infection in June . I had called about the billing issue as it went way up in price for my visit. They said they would fix everything on their end. I had called and checked up, and they said they were doing their best. It’s now December and I called today and the lady told me that she didn’t have time for it. Showed up for my appt on time and 40 min later went up to ask how much longer. As I’m up there another woman calls my name. She tells me there are 2 ahead of me “just letting you know” I ask how long did she think it would be “have no idea” she was rude. I said I was going to reschedule since I had somewhere else I had to be and it would be cutting it short. I also didn’t want to sit in a room for another hour with a gown on.
