While it was a great place to go for awhile it’s been impossible to get ahold of anyone to set up an appointment. I’ve called several times over the last 6 months to get in with absolutely no call back. Then they stopped filling a maintenance prescription and finally called to say they were denying it after weeks of them doing so because I didn’t have an appointment. Rhonda has been my primary for so many years. She is warm, caring, and understanding in a way that you don’t see too often! Her memory of my care over the previous 15 yrs(approx) is amazing. The office is compromised of very welcoming and talented staff members. Robin is such a hoot! If you are looking for a qualified care giver; look no further than Rhonda Hettinger!
