Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Our exterior AC unit quit working on a Saturday morning. I called at 8:21am on 7/6. Someone that seemed to be with the company (not the answering service) took my call and said they had 2/3 techs out working, took all of my information, and said a tech would be out shortly, and would call 30 minutes before they came. Chuck came out for spring service on our A.C. unit and was very easy to work with and explained all the details and probable causes of why our A.C. was freezing up and what it will take to fix. Rick was here to do annual furnace maintenance. He explained how everything worked and what he'd done and why. The Hetter team is so professional and considerate of my home. I also bought my Trane furnace and air conditioner from them.
