Wow! That’s all I have to say. I got home yesterday to a cold house...my furnace (which I’ve been meaning to replace anyhow, but didn’t )finally gave out. Are you kidding me? On Christmas Eve eve. After business hours. 🤦♂️ I called their number anyhow and got the answering service. I figured I was out of luck until after Christmas. About 630 last night, the owner, Rick, called me. Another great visit from Hetter Technician Lance, performing the annual furnace tune-up to ensure a long life from the unit Hetter installed several years ago. Every visit, Lance teaches me something new. This time, it was how to better clean the 3rd stage of the filter, which I clean every 6 months. Thank you, Hetter, for employing a great team.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Our exterior AC unit quit working on a Saturday morning. I called at 8:21am on 7/6. Someone that seemed to be with the company (not the answering service) took my call and said they had 2/3 techs out working, took all of my information, and said a tech would be out shortly, and would call 30 minutes before they came.
