Heth is the worst place in jax you could hire. Just don't. (LOL good job Heth on having your employees that you pay write reviews) They had been looking over our property for 4+ years while we were stationed in NY be we are a military family. I signed a one year lease with Heth. Three months after moving out, I received a phone call telling me that my rent was a month overdue. I told them that I didn't know what they were talking about because I had moved out at the end of my lease and had not lived there for three months. The woman on the phone's response was "Well who's living there now?" to which I replied, "I don't know. I moved out at the end of my lease. I assume you had someone else sign a new lease..."
