The technician, Levi, was excellent! He explained to me what would be done for both the dryer vent and the duct cleaning in a very polite and knowledgeable manner. This was the first time the A/C ducts have been cleaned in 20 years, so I feel so much better knowing they have been cleaned. He addressed the issue that was creating the buildup of dust and even showed me how much of it had been removed from the roof duct. It's comforting to know that I can rely to a reliable business for duct cleaning.
Hestor Air Duct Cleaners came on time and were very respectful. They provided great service and showed me before and after pictures of our air duct vent pipe. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. For sure I will be calling Hestor Air Duct Cleaners again!
Hestor Air Duct Cleaners did an outstanding job today. The service techs were amazing. After inspecting and cleaning all the duct work, they cleaned the air vent exchangers. Additionally, they recommended that I upgrade my return vents with a small filter. This recommendation will improve the air we breathe and provide better health benefits. These professionals were amazing. Hats off!
