Heston texted my wife multiple times about wanting to purchase our home. When she finally gave him a number we felt comfortable with, he then asked if he could schedule a phone call. During that phone call he asked us why we were interested in selling...when he was the one out of the blue asking to buy our home. He then lowballed our home, not only from the high value we had offered, but a ridiculously low offer significantly below the updated home + 8 years of appreciation price.
