Heston texted my wife multiple times about wanting to purchase our home. When she finally gave him a number we felt comfortable with, he then asked if he could schedule a phone call. During that phone call he asked us why we were interested in selling...when he was the one out of the blue asking to buy our home. He then lowballed our home, not only from the high value we had offered, but a ridiculously low offer significantly below the updated home + 8 years of appreciation price. First time home buyer here, had no clue where to start. With the help of Hestons patience and expertise we were able to have an easy home buying experience. He referred us to many of the local contractors needed for inspections and they all did an amazing job. Wife and I completed an unorthodox home buying where I was not able to be in the area. Definitely recommend if you need a realtor out of Edmond/OKC area, he’s your man!
