Our family will never forget the care our mom and our whole family received from Hestia Hospice Missoula. From the moment we met Kayla we knew we were in good hands. She was incredibly prepared. Applied for hospice aide with this company through INDEED. Had an interview & thought it went well. Was told to shadow another employee for a shift. Shadowed said employee foe 7.5 hours. Employee was quite knowledgeable in her position. Met several clients. Established rapport with several clients. I thought things went well. Employee said I should come in the next day to see if additional shadowing required. I came in next morning. Was told manager would call me later in the day with my schedule as manager was home sick. My dad passed away 2 weeks ago and Hestia was our Hospice team. I’m grateful for the help and support they provided to my dad and us for the last 6 weeks. His nurse Marcie was amazing! She was always so respectful of my dad’s wishes and helped walk us through his final 2 weeks. She was always so calm and reassuring and we always had everything we needed to keep him comfortable.
