Hester’s did a great job on my car and completed it much faster than I expected. Amber at the front desk is awesome and even helped with my rental car coordinations. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and always seemed to be in a good mood. It must be a great place to work too.
Great friendly and dependable body shop. It only took 3 days to get the parts in and our truck bumper painted and installed. Would definitely use again, if needed, while we are stationed here.
Worst service I’ve ever had, they kept promising to have my wife’s car ready but one delay after another, over a week late after the first promised date, we went to pick it up and found out they had left the door off for several days and ran the battery down, they had been jumpstarting it every day to move it around and weren’t even gonna tell us until my wife saw them closing the hood, they’re only reply was your probably are going to need a new battery. You want an honest body shop, this is the place to go! They were 100% honest with me and answered any questions I had.
Absolute WROST paint job ever! My car originally went in for a factory paint defect in the seal of my front and back door 1inch long and 1.5cm wide. It resulted in a complete paint job of my entire door multiple times. The first time the attempted to fix the defect they left an air bubble in the center of my door. The next time they left finger prints under my clear coat. And this time they left paint on the seals around my window and you can clearly see the line where it was taped. Recently I banged up my truck quite a bit on the passenger side. I was nervous getting it worked on because in the past I had a horrible experience getting a Maaco paint job, everything from the customer care to their labor. I was absolutely thrilled to find out from the second I walked in the door they were friendly and honest. When I picked up my truck you would have thought it was brand new.
