They did a great job at our home. They did not try to up sale an unnecessary model. (We had another estimate from Costco that was literally DOUBLE the cost!!!). We wanted a unit to run our home if there was a power outage. Hester’s was Professional, Affordable, Courteous, and Efficient. Our unit had to be ordered. The time frame from in home estimate to completed install was less than 3 weeks. They have also been available after the install when I’ve had questions. Highly recommend.
