Run from the guy...... He has been around for 25 plus years and I don't know how he has survived....... His shop is nasty and stuff just pilled everywhere.. I took a tractor starter to him to rebuild expecting it to be $80 to $100 to rebuild as typically paid at other shops for same bisch starter. I about flipped out when he charged $320.00 to rebuilt it.....
