They never show up and the kid with the glasses watches the phone ring and I'm standing outside 39 rate no 1.9 rate
We all go there looking for a new product for much less than a new one. However, their products are like new and completely redone and refurbished. I found them to be very nice and delivered the appliance quickly and helped my daughter out so much. The price was very reasonable for a used stove. I would use them again if the situation arises. Hester's is a good company with hard working people not getting rich and really caring about their customers. Bobby P.
These are the most unprofessional bunch of inconsiderate liars, that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I bought a dryer, that stopped working on the first use, and have been told several lies about when it will be repaired. They never come when they tell you they are coming, and won't even call to tell you they are not coming. If they ever honor their one year warranty, and my dryer ever gets fixed, I'll be surprised. ****WARNING**** Scam artists with a wannabe radio host as their phone assistant. They will set appointments with you endlessly, talk over you like the other review said and never actually show up. Horrible business that deserves to close based entirely on their scam like customer service.
A technician came and fixed the wrong part. I called again and some incompetent guy came and still did not fix it. I keep on calling them so they can fix my refrigerator, but all I get is we will call you. It has been a month of me calling constantly. They charged me 185 dollars and it is worst than it was. I would recommend paying a few dollars more and go with SEARS repair.
They schedule appointment, then asked me to find model number for another appointment. Once they came; the work was completed quickly and the technician was a very nice guy. I would definitely recommend them.
Same day service; on time; friendly, knowledgeable technician; very reasonable rate. Absolutely would recommend and use again.
