HORRIBLE This place had horrible customer service, they do not listen to the customer at all and had a very bad attitude when talking. Not only did I take my car in for a minor problem, I sat over three hours in the waiting room only to be told they could not resolve the issue without charging hundreds of dollars. I then went to my local auto parts store the next day and had the problem fixed for a few dollars because they LISTENED to me. How much is too much I'm not sure if their Customer Service is as bad as 1 star, but it has seemed like I have had to work to keep on top of them to locate a specific featured vehicle which isn't "sold" in my area - what?!?!? That seems odd that they can't "order" in my requested features that are not anything extraordinary. You would think that if a vehicle is as good as sold, Toyota will make sure that customer gets the car.....that's why I'm thinking it's the dealer in this case. Make sure you check around
2006 Corolla Took 2006 Corolla in for recalled ECM. Left garage with car engine vibration. Check engine light came on 2 days later. They want $400 to fix oil leak and intake seal.
Buy Elsewhere Worst customer service. Love my Corolla but wish I would have purchased elsewhere. Look it up and read the reviews. Notice some of the reviews are actually written by the owner. Shady, shady, shady. If the only way they can get top reviews is by misleading review readers, imagine how they will sell you a car.â After submitting complaints they accused me of doing something to my car. Bad way for Toyota to get back on its feet.
no problems We don't own a Toyota, but we have used this company many times to get oil changes - doesn't matter that we don't have a Toyota! Friendly staff and they get the job done quick! No problems here.
