Very rude and unprofessional! I had a strange encounter with the man on the phone this morning. He asked our information to input into the computer and set up an account. I gave him the company name as that is how we are billed for tax purposes. He notified me it would be COD which is no problem (our credit card is in the company name as well). The technician Zach was out to our house within an hour and a half of calling. He was extremely professional and explained the diagnostics, the work he preformed and why there were necessary. Zach even followed up later in the day regarding a part they do not stock. He located one in their warehouse and came back out and attempted to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend Zach and Hess Well Drilling.

I called at 705 am after discovering we had 0 water in the house. These guys were out around 945 and had us back up and running before 11 am. Even texted us well after business hours to see if our water pressure was okay.
