Es un excelente pediatra optamologo el Dr. J Bruce Hess con su cariño y paciencia siempre con los niños y por supuesto con mi hijo nos sentimos muy seguros con su diagnóstico gracias Dr.
Dr. Hess was amazing. I was able to get an appointment quickly for my daughter and his patience with her was incredible! His office staff was friendly and went out of their way for us. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Elliott of Hess Pediatric Ophthalmology is terrific with my daughter! She feels comfortable and does not give me a difficult time when I tell her she has an appointment.
Dr Hess is an amazing Dr. However his office staff aren't too bright. They scheduled an appointment for my daughter on Sept 5th 2016 for 10 am. Yes, that's labor day but I figured if they made the appointment then they would be open. I'm an RN and work nights. After working an overnight shift, I run home to get my daughter and pack up my 1 year old to make the 25 mile trip to the hospital for the appointment only to get there and find the office door locked. Dr. Hess is a great doctor. However his staff sucks. They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message. We have a billing problem with them. Our sons have been visiting him for years. The last time we went the bill was triple of what it normally is. Trying to get a hold of the office is very frustrating. Once we finally did get a hold of someone they said they coded it wrong in their new coding system and would call us back to fix it. They didn't and just sent us to collections.
