(Selinsgrove office) Doctor Nick Hess did a thorough job. But management needs to show the “fitters” how to do their job. Do the fitting so it fits the face - not the table! I don’t care how level the glasses sit on the table - fit the glasses to the face!
Eye doctors are awesome. Young lady (Selinsgrove office.)that just did an adjustment on my glasses isn’t very good or customer friendly! doesn’t even check how they fit. I’ve had these glasses since April and still can’t wear them.
I’ve never been to a better eye doctor’s appt. The whole staff was truly professional and caring.
Dr. Nick Hess does a great job. He is personal, attentive and detailed. Unfortunately, I can only rate him here. If I were able to assign a rating for the staff it would be a 1. It would be courteous to apologise and let a patient know when the doctor is running behind an hour and a half. Also, hopefully someone will make them aware that what is discussed (inappropriately) at the front desk can be heard by the patients.
Very detailed exam, staff is kind and professional, helpful in everyway. Highly recommend them!
