I can't say enough Positive Comments about Dr. Dennis Hess <3 I've first came to him back in 1990, and was losing the strength in my left arm ... at age 36 and in good strong health, this was NOT acceptable to me and especially with 3 doctors who were suggesting an operation BUT did not know what my problem was...
