My experience with Hess Auto Exchange was outstanding. Wonderful customer service. From the time contact was made over the phone up until meeting in person, Joel made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. When an unexpected matter arose regarding a truck I drove 4 hours to see, he didn't hesitate to climb under it and address the issue immediately. Needless to say I bought the truck, and would definitely return.
