Dr. Hess’s bedside manner is so wonderful. He makes you feel cared for in a way other doctors lack. Back in 2008, unbeknownst to me a cat scan of my heart revealed a tumour that could break off and cause a stroke or sudden death. I was allowed to drive home in such a risky condition.
