I contracted with Mark on July 7 last year to replace two 6x6 fixed casement wood windows. The agreement stated they would replace the windows, retrim and paint, and to haul off the old windows. The windows were installed 3 December and I paid in full at that time. There was some retrim and paint that required additional visits but the old windows have yet to be hauled off.
