I moved to Hesperia Falls recently, and I'm really happy. The maintenance team is quick and helpful whenever I have an issue. The management is friendly and attentive, making everyone feel welcome. The area is quiet and safe, especially with the active security patrols that respond quickly. The amenities are great too, with nice common areas and facilities for residents to connect. I highly recommend Hesperia Falls for anyone looking for a safe and pleasant place to live!
I moved here April 1st and it is very quiet and well maintained. The grounds are clean and security rides around 24/7. I feel really secure and safe. The office staff is nice and very helpful with everything Overall 9 out 10.Now if I could get my upstairs neighbors to stop playing outside sports inside over my head it would be 10out 10.
I have lived here for 2 years now and it has been so amazing I love the office staff they are always so helpful the manager Dawn is such a sweet heart and maintenance is always on time and gets the job done keep up the good work!!!
This place is ridiculous! Rent has gone up constantly where this place isn’t even worth $800 a month. Homeless and other undesirables constantly in the complex and the dumpster areas. Kids not being watched by their parents running around running into peoples windows and turning off breakers. This place is aged badly and bare minimum is done to upgrade anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This is the worst apartment complex in Vegas if they tell you your rent is one thing it won’t be it’s a ton of hidden fees. The management office is schemers and scammers. I also think they are prejudice. They are very sneaky. I moved here as a referral from my friend and can not wait to my lease is over! I will be moving ASAP.
