I dont live here but I know someone who does. The positive about this apartment complex is thats its obvious the owners and managment care enough that they try hard to keep up with the place. The complex is very transparent with residents, and always keep the complex clean. However, the negative is that the neighborhood has really gone down hill over the past few years, and the area is pretty rough with lots of homeless people in the area.

Great service
Lived here for 3 years without major issues aside from the rare but normal apartment maintenance. I felt comfortable and safe. I appreciated the laundry rooms being open 24/7 since, for a year or so, I would come home late from work. The staff was prompt and friendly in all of their communication with me whether it was a maintenance request or lease question. Thank you for the great service and accommodation!
moved here April 1st 2024 I just accepted my new lease offer as I really love this apartment and it is very quiet and well maintained. The grounds are clean and security rides around 24/7. I feel really secure and safe. The office staff is nice and very helpful witheverything.But I am having a serious problem my neighbor who lives directly upstairs has big children who bounce basketballs balls and play basketball there is constant running jumping and bumping i have heart condition and has been to the hospital multiple times ... read more
