My 1 year old furnace that Hespeler plumbing and heating installed improperly. Leaking water, rusting , circuit board shorted out . Furnace has loose clamps, wasn’t shimmed properly so the water won’t drain out of hoses due to the slant and subsequently furnace failed. The leaking water followed the brown wire and dripped onto the board. They’re response , not their problem bc it’s beyond 1 year. Had 2 independent HVac professionals come out at different times and they both came to the same conclusion. Improper installation ... read more
