Great service overall. Dr Bhinder is very knowledgeable and takes care of your pet in a very professional manner. His whole team is amazing, they know their stuff very well. Dr Bhinder’s diligence helped diagnosing my dog’s condition in early stages and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend his clinic.
This was our first vet visit with Maple our kitten, and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Bhinder and the entire staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and handled Maple with such care and gentleness. Dr. Bhinder took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable and reassured. We really appreciated the kindness and care shown to Maple and would definitely recommend Dr. Bhinder and the team!
Great experience here with my cat Simba. He was experiencing a unitary blockage from stones and the team were very kind and attentive from the vet to the vet technicians. They do not try to up charge you and only advise on what’s necessary. They were able to provide medication and a prescription diet which dissolved Simba’s stones. Thank you to the team at Hespeler Animal Hospital and we will be back for all of our pet needs!
Dr. Bhinder and his team are truly amazing. We sadly had to say goodbye to our precious girl today, but this team did everything possible to accommodate us, showing gentle, genuine compassion for both our girl and our family. Although our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful for the exceptional care they provided during such a heavy moment.
