Worst experience at this office. The front desk, specifically Itzel, is extremely rude. The signage has incorrect times posted, you cannot reach anyone by phone. The building is a mess, very dirty, looks run down, and smells of marijuana. We went for our appointment, door locked and lights off, scheduled for 1:30, but sign on door states closed from 12 to 2, voicemail states the same. Super disgusting front desk woman named “Itzel” scheduled me for an apt at 1:30 pm when they are closed for lunch from 12-2pm she’s extremely rude and condescending and should definitely not be in healthcare! This place is atrocious and smelt like weed throughout the building!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!
