Would highly recommend. They were very accomodating to our needs. When we had to have our son get some neuropsychology testing, I was expecting to get a yes or no answer to him having ADD or Autism. What I got instead, was a well detailed report (in layman's terms) that covered not only what the test showed, but ways we can help our son with some of the findings. Dr. Naatz and her team have been amazing for our family. We used them for a neuropsych evaluation for multiple family members (adult and child), and we have been incredibly pleased. The assessments were thorough and timely. I appreciated the time they took to get to know our family, and the recommendations/assessments have been very helpful. I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Hesed. Dr. Naatz and her team were so helpful. Scheduling was flexible and offered several options. The business office is easy to get to and very comfortable. The follow-up meeting was informative and the sections for school staff was appreciated. The start to finish time line is a little long, but I understand they gather and score a great deal of information. I found this office based on a recommendation from a colleague. Overall it has been a good experience.

Hesed has done assessments for multiple members of my family over the last 4 years. The psychologists and therapists are very smart, highly trained, and have been so kind & caring with our family. We've worked with Dr. Naatz, Ben Wenzel and various testing staff. They are really good with our children during assessments. During the follow-ups, as parents, we felt listened to and honored. I've sent friends and family to Hesed, and I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Lisa Naatz was kind and courteous when scheduling appointments. However, in meetings and discussions, she was judgmental and not very accommodating or compassionate. She was defensive when asked questions or clarification. I would not use her practice again or recommend it to others.
