Dr. Mugaisi is an exceptional doctor. He repeated everything several times, he asked me to repeat back what he said and before he left the room, he recapped the entire visit. He also made sure I understood the importance of following up and going to ALL the recommended test such as the Colonoscopy.
I love the way the whole group works together.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Mugaisi to anyone. He is very polite and the one characteristic/quality I like about him is that he listens to me.
