I wouldn’t hire them to cement two blocks together. They just finished resurfacing Lover’s Lane and left large ruts in my yard after parking there for the repair. Even though part of the property was right of way. They still did significant enough damage to initiate a lawsuit with them or the city. Us as property owners have to maintain all of it and the damage they did effects lawn maintenance. Employees are basically zombies and do not care about customer respect. DO NOT let them legally on or anywhere near your property.
