Staff was nice, didn't wait long and the Dr I got was excellent and very thorough.
PROS: Nice, quick, efficient staff. I didn't have to wait a long time, and the waiting room wasn't crowded. I was there on a Saturday in July. I didn't have to spend a long time there even though I got sent back to the waiting room and called back twice. CONS: When you talk to the receptionist, the whole waiting room can hear what you're saying, so let's hope you're not embarassed about your medical problem. I had a walk-in appointment at the clinic and was very nervous about the care I would receive because I saw the google reviews. I had an appointment on a Sunday and the receptionist was friendly, the triage nurse was friendly and I had the honour of seeing Dr Olumidé Adeleye. He was upbeat, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and by far the nicest doctor I have met to date. As usual, we used 811 to book an appointment and were directed to this clinic for the first time. After checking the online reviews and seeing only 2.4 stars, I was honestly worried. However, our experience turned out to be excellent from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed warmly by the reception staff even though we arrived 10 minutes early.
