For 18 years my eyes was unchanged, then in 6 months my eyesight deteriorated by 50%. So I went to herzig eye institute. In ottawa.. They did the cataract surgery and the lens replacement and I have better vision than I have ever had in my entire life... It was a totally painless process... It was modern and it was quick. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. The team from the doctor on down take the time and courtesy to ensure that as a patient you are in good hands. The actual procedure is swift and straightforward. Taking up to three prescriptions eye drops up to four times a day for four weeks can be a bit of a nuisance but well worthwhile.
