Long wait time , employees are the worst none of the vehicles get properly cleaned or checked for safety issues before leaving the lot someone left their whole hygiene bag in the vehicle toothbrush etc trashy car dents etc

My visit to the Essington location was excellent. I was initially hesitant because of some negative reviews I had read, but I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, welcoming, and patient. Toni took the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of what to expect with a Tesla and provided multiple options for me to consider. This is how they rented the car to me unclean, damaged, one tire has a hole in it and is leaking air, I can hear the brake squeaking in an unsafe manner when being applied.

Horrible service...im checked in and waiting then hertz tells me they're out of vehicles.
