Very bad attention from two gentlemen in that place; I do not recommend anyone to visit that office. Apart from the bad service, they are very unpleasant.

NEVER UPDATES INVENTORY. MAKE PEOPLE DRIVE TO WASTE TIME AND GAS FOR NOTHING. TOOK 12 PHONE CALLS BACK TO BACK BEFORE THE IRRITATED PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE. ATTITUDE PROBLEM. NEVER ON THE SAME PAGE WITH UBER TO ACCURATELY PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY OFFER. JUST BAD BUSINESS
Uber drivers: dont expect to get that $10 per week discount after the 7th week because it wont happen unless you gave diamond status. Staff are decent dudes however, they are horrible at answering the phone or responding to texts and likely not because they are lazy but more so because upper management expects too much from them. More staff needs to be hired or they need a better system in place to make sure, primarily, vehicles are maintained, cleaned and inspected properly.
