They could not fulfill multiple reservations made in advance. Me and about 20 other people were waiting in line for half an hour before someone finally came out and told us they were out of cars. They did not reach out earlier in the to notify us, nor did they offer any alternatives or vouchers. Completely wasted everyone’s time. Will not be renting from them ever again
Staff accused me that my drivers license was fake, despite having rented from the same location with the same license a month ago. Refused to let me speak with a manager. Refused to issue refund. Said that they would lose their job. Gave me a number to call. After 20 minutes I was told that I had to call back on Monday because nothing could be done today. Hertz and the location manager should be ashamed. Seems like an excuse not to honor the rental.
Worst rental place I ever been - all bad reviews matching my experience…. Unfortunately it is the Only 1 location for Uber which is making Uber reputation lower… the location is very suspicious - if you’re still coming and don’t have a choice get ice cold water with you summer time. Open space area - no seats - no respect to customers - staff is extremely rude.
