The child operating this office needs his job revoked. called to speak to a manager and completely refused to transfer me to the manager and hung up on me.
I returned my car 12 hours early using the drop box. However since the employee didn't enter my return until after 11am the next day, I was charged over $50 extra. They don't have a published number which is answered. Therefore you can only contest the charge in person. My advice is to not use the drop box. Return your car in person and get a receipt.
