Customer support/service is trash!!! I’ve attempted to call this location at least 10-15 times resolve an issue and they answer the phone, put you on hold, and never come back. As a result, I’ve run into further issues with my rental and have been inconvenienced for almost a week now, also costing upwards of $1000. Nobody seems to be able to access relevant info and communication between their departments doesn’t exist. Worst rental experience ever. If you can avoid it DO NOT RENT HERE!
